Here is everything you get, book by book
Three books, one plan. The schedule is on the first page of every book and the scripts are on the back.

From your bed to theirs in 7 nights
The core method. You don't yank them out of your bed and you don't leave them to cry. You fade out, one step and one night at a time, until they're falling asleep in their own bed and you're walking to yours.
- Night 1: the one sentence that makes them want to try their bed
- The Chair Fade: move 1 foot closer to the door each night (they won't notice)
- What to do the first time they show up at your door (it's not what you think)
- Why "just until they fall asleep" is the trap — and the 5-minute check-in that replaces it
- The "long-time co-sleeper" version, for kids who've been in your bed since birth
- How to do it with a sibling in the same room

The 20-minute bedtime
No more 90-minute bedtime marathons. One fixed routine, the same order every night, with the exact words to say when the stalling starts. Bath to lights-out in 20 minutes.
- The 20-minute routine card, in the exact order that stops stalling
- The "Two Choices" trick for pajamas, toothbrush and books
- Word-for-word replies to "one more water", "I'm scared", "I need to pee"
- The "one more story" bank: how to say yes without starting a negotiation
- The light, sound and temperature setup that tells a kid's brain it's night

Stay in bed till sunrise
Getting them to fall asleep alone is half the job. This book handles 3 a.m.: the wake-ups, the little footsteps down the hall, the monsters in the closet.
- The Silent Return: walk them back without a single word (and why silence works)
- Ok-to-wake clock setup for kids who can't tell time yet
- Nightmares vs. night terrors: what to do for each
- Monster-Away Spray: the 30-second ritual for fear of the dark
- What to do on sick nights, travel and after a new baby arrives

"He'd slept with me since the divorce. Two years."
I felt too guilty to move him. The book never made me feel bad about it — it just gave me steps. Night 1 I sat on his floor. Night 9 I said goodnight at the door. He's proud of himself and honestly, so am I.
"New baby. Our 3-year-old moved back in with us."
Newborn in the bassinet, toddler in our bed, me on the edge holding on for dear life. The "after a new baby" chapter in Book 3 was written for us. She's been back in her room for 5 weeks now, and the baby wakes up less too.
"I bought it to prove my wife wrong."
I was sure it was another "just be consistent" ebook. It's not. It's a night-by-night plan with scripts. I did the Silent Return myself for four nights. Our son hasn't come into our room since. I have been informed I was wrong.
Results vary by child. Every family and every kid is different.
The co-sleeping math
Every night you share a bed with a tiny starfish, you lose sleep you never get back. Here's what changes after seven nights with the books.
| Comparison | Sharing your bed | Daltik Sleeper |
|---|---|---|
| Sleep per night | ~5 broken hours | 7+ straight hours |
| Bedtime | 60–90 min of negotiating | 20 minutes, same every night |
| 3 a.m. | A foot in your ribs | Silence |
| Your evenings | Gone (lying in the dark on your phone) | Yours again |
| Couple time | "Maybe next year" | Tonight |
| Your kid's mood | Tired, cranky mornings | Rested, proud of themselves |
| Cost | Endless (coffee, patience, sanity) | $27 once |
Numbers based on what parents report to us. Your mileage may vary.
21 nights. Three books. One bed of their own.
Every kid is on the same schedule: 7 nights of the move, 7 nights of locking in the routine, 7 nights of staying put. Here's what it looks like.
The move
You leave their bed. They stay in theirs. The Chair Fade moves you from the pillow to the door, one quiet foot at a time.
The routine
Bedtime turns into 20 minutes with no fight. Same cards, same order, same words. They know what's next, so they stop stalling.
The whole night
No 3 a.m. visits. The Silent Return and the ok-to-wake clock keep them in bed until the sun (and the clock) says so.
60 nights. If it doesn't work, I pay you back.
Follow the three books for 60 nights. If your kid still isn't sleeping in their own bed, email me the word "refund" and I'll send your $27 back the same day. No forms. No questions.
I can afford to do this because the method works on almost every kid — and the ones it doesn't, I'd rather refund than argue.

Questions parents ask before they buy
Short answers. No fluff. If yours isn't here, email me — I read every one.
How long does it take?
Most kids are sleeping in their own bed within 7 nights and staying there all night by night 21. Some families are done in 3. The schedule is built so you always know which night you're on and what comes next.
What ages does it work for?
Kids 2 to 10. There's an adapted version for 2–3 year-olds just leaving the crib (shorter steps, more comfort), and one for 7–10 year-olds where the sticker chart becomes a "sleep contract" they sign themselves.
Is this cry-it-out?
No. Not even a little. You stay close at the start and move away slowly, night by night. Nobody gets left alone to scream. That's the whole point of the method.
My kid has been in our bed since birth. Is it too late?
It's never too late. Book 1 has a "long-time co-sleeper" track with a slower first week, made for kids who have never once slept alone. It takes a few more nights. It still works.
What if they have nightmares or are scared of the dark?
Book 3 covers it. It shows you how to tell a nightmare from a night terror (they need opposite responses), plus the Monster-Away Spray ritual and a night-light setup that makes the room feel safe.
They share a room with a sibling. Will it work?
Yes. There's a full chapter on shared rooms: who goes first, how to stop one kid from waking the other, and how to turn siblings into a team instead of an audience.
I'm a single parent / my partner isn't on board.
It works with just one adult. Every step is designed to be done solo. And if you have a skeptical partner, there's a 2-page "get on the same page" script. (See Chris's review above.)
What if we travel or they get sick?
Life happens. Book 3 includes a 2-night "recovery plan" to get back on track after sick nights, trips, grandparents' houses, or a new baby.
Is this a physical book?
No. It's a digital bundle of PDFs, sent to your email the moment you buy. Read it on your phone tonight. Print the sticker chart, routine cards and spray label at home.
What if it doesn't work for my kid?
Then you get your money back. You have 60 nights. Email the word "refund" and I'll send your $27 back the same day. No forms, no questions.
Daltik Sleeper Kids is educational content for parents and is not medical advice. If your child has a medical or sleep disorder (snoring, breathing pauses, extreme night terrors), talk to your pediatrician.
Here's how I see it.
Three weeks from now, one of two things is true: you're still lying in the dark in a race-car bed waiting for them to fall asleep, holding your breath as you tiptoe out…
…or you tuck them in, say goodnight, close the door, and walk to your own bed.
The books are $27. The choice is yours.
