How to get a refund
It takes one email. No forms, no questions, no hoops.
- Email [EMAIL] with the word "refund".
- Send it from the email address you used to buy, or include that address in the message, so we can find your order.
- Do it within 60 days of your purchase date.
What happens next
- We reply and issue your refund within 1 business day, usually the same day.
- The money goes back to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
- The refund covers the full amount you paid for the Daltik Sleeper Kids bundle. If you bought any optional add-ons at checkout, tell us and we'll refund those too.
Good to know
- Why we can do this: the method works for most families. For the ones it doesn't, we'd rather refund than argue.
- Accidental duplicate purchase? Email us and we'll refund the extra order right away, even after 60 days.
- Didn't receive your books? That's not a refund issue — we'll just resend them. Check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact us.
- Once a refund is issued, your license to use the Products ends. We ask that you delete your copies.
- Please email us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and we will never say no within the 60 days.
